What we're building, and what just shipped

New Features

• Custom Footer Menu: Footer settings now let you swap the automatic footer menu for any custom menu you've built, giving full control over your footer's columns and links. Configure it under Admin → Site Builder → Skins → Footer → Choose Menu Source.
• Variant-Specific Sys-Tag Styling: Product pages can now target styling to whichever variant a shopper has selected, not just the product as a whole, using the sys-tags you already set on each variant. This enables custom per-variant visual treatments (for example, a different badge for one specific color or size) for stores using custom CSS.

Optimizations & Fixes

Creating or editing an admin user with an email already in use now shows a clear message naming the conflict instead of a generic error. LeanPay installment price rounding, payment verification, and checkout token formatting have all been fixed for more reliable LeanPay payments. Removing a coupon at checkout no longer fails when its case doesn't match exactly. Menu items set to "None" now save correctly, and custom menus automatically refresh when a linked page changes. Google Analytics cookie consent preferences are now applied immediately on page load for returning visitors. We also fixed a display bug where the floating buy button could show or hide at the wrong time on stores with a sticky header, a bug where switching store language could reset a selected product variant, layout issues with discount stickers overlapping prices in list view, a bug that could briefly show two buy boxes on a product page, and a stock display issue for variants missing warehouse data.

New Features

• Supplier Comparison Price: Show your B2B buyers what their own end customer would pay for an item, right next to the wholesale price they're paying you. Turn on the display and set its label in the SKIN editor, then choose which price it pulls from (one of your own price fields, or one of your supplier's price columns) in Store Settings > Prices, Stock, Suppliers, with the option to override the source for individual suppliers. It shows up on product pages, grid and list cards, and the preorder quantity matrix.
• Computed Prices (four price roles): Computed Prices has been restructured from two roles into four clearly labeled ones, Cost Price, List Price (Recommended Retail Price), Wholesale Price, and Retail Price, each with its own configurable source. If you already had Computed Prices set up, your configuration carries over automatically, but the roles will show new names the next time you open Store Settings > Prices, Stock, Suppliers > Computed Prices, so it's worth a quick check that each role still points at the source you expect.

Optimizations & Fixes

On the storefront, discounts (time-limited, supplier, per-item) now display correctly on preorder items, and a rounding bug that faked large discounts on supplier-priced items is fixed. Preorder draft totals now show a stable net-to-tax-to-gross breakdown. We also fixed a storefront crash tied to discount agreements and a "show prices without tax" toggle that could stop responding. Deleting a warehouse no longer requires emptying it first—remaining stock is removed automatically, so check it's clear before deleting. Buyers now get a confirmation step before submitting a preorder draft. Plus smaller pricing-display fixes.

New Features

• Computed Prices: Unify your recommended retail price (RRP) and wholesale price (WHP) into one configuration that works whether an item currently sells from your own stock or a supplier's, with your VAT-inclusive retail price (RP) worked out automatically. Configure it in Store Settings > Prices, Stock, Suppliers > Computed Prices, then see the results on each product's Prices card and in the item REST API.
• Faster preorder line building: "Add Selected" and "Add All" now seed your draft order's variant matrix with empty, zero-quantity rows instead of forcing a quantity, so you can bulk-add products to a preorder draft and fill in exact quantities afterward, directly in the matrix. Rows you leave at zero are dropped automatically when you submit.
• AI Suggest Categories: supplier descriptions and custom rules: Suggest Categories and Fix Primary Categories can now optionally factor in a product's supplier descriptions (off by default) and your own free-text rules to steer category suggestions, the same configuration already available on Generate Specs. Find it under AI Features in the admin.

Optimizations & Fixes

We fixed product grid and list cards so they show the variant matching your active colour filter instead of always showing the first variant, and fixed a crash when a product configurator step's connecting specification had no matching choice (it now correctly shows no results for that step instead of erroring). Preorder draft deactivation now respects an explicit return link (for example from a "Reorder" button) instead of always falling back to the referring page. Carry-over preorder items now show the "Set Quantities" button like regular preorder items, the draft order summary shows both the percentage and amount for payment-term discounts, and buyers now see net/gross pricing in the preorder matrix instead of a margin difference incorrectly shown as a discount. A range of smaller admin and storefront refinements round out the release.

New Features

• Translate text specs (AI): Use AI to translate the values of text-based product specifications from your store's default locale into any of your other configured locales, run as a background job like other AI features. Select products in the Products Flat List, choose which text specs to translate and your source/target locales, then review each suggested translation side-by-side with the existing value before applying. Find it in the Products Flat List's batch menu under "Translate text specs."
• Export Draft Orders as CSV: Export a single B2B preorder draft order as a CSV file directly from its detail screen, ready to hand off to your supplier or distributor. The file lists every line item (including cancelled lines, clearly flagged) with SKU, barcode, season code, size, colour code, quantity, and product images. Find the "Export CSV" button on the draft order's detail screen.
• Variant Chooser Label Style: Restyle the label above your product page's variant chooser (e.g. "Choose variant:" or a spec name like "Size") to match a heading style (H1-H6) or one of nine custom styles, instead of the fixed default look. Configure it under Product Page > Variants in your skin settings.
• Cross Out Label for undiscounted prices: Choose whether the original (undiscounted) price gets a diagonal strikethrough wherever it's shown next to a discounted price, on product cards and on the product page buy box. On by default, matching prior behavior; turn it off if you'd rather show the undiscounted price plain.

Optimizations & Fixes

We fixed a product page issue where a specific combination of accordion settings could cause the expandable description and specifications sections to render with duplicated or broken markup; they now display correctly in every configuration. We also fixed a styling and layering issue on the Login box's "you're already logged in" message, which could appear stacked behind other elements, and refreshed its background and spacing.

New Features

• B2B Seasonal Preorders [TAG_DEPLOYED]
  Run a full season-based preorder workflow with your suppliers. Buyers build preorder drafts over time, with per-brand delivery windows and payment terms and a variant matrix for fast quantity entry across sizes and colors. Import manufacturer quotas, track carry-over items between seasons, and offer editable substitutes when an item gets cancelled. Enable the B2B preorder toggle, then find Draft Orders, Preorder Settings, and Payment Terms in the admin.
• AI catalog tools [TAG_DEPLOYED] 
  Generate product names, descriptions, and SEO metadata, extract specifications, suggest categories, and translate product content with AI. Jobs run in the background with pause, resume, and cancel, each run tracks its own cost, and batch apply pushes changes across many products at once. Find these under AI Features in the admin left navigation.
• Supplier discount agreements and VPC pricing
  Set negotiated, per-supplier pricing that flows automatically into draft orders and variant matrices. A new VPC and Keystone pricing basis adds configurable markup-ratio strategies and condition-based pricing tiers. Configure both in Suppliers Management.
• Coupons in draft orders and checkout: 
  Apply and remove coupon codes in draft orders and at checkout, with only the applied codes shown.
• Lock specifications: 
  Lock individual specifications so supplier sync and integrations cannot overwrite them, from the product editor or as a batch operation.

Optimizations & Fixes

We rebuilt the visibility rules editor as a guided wizard and fixed a rule that could hide an entire catalog. Analytics, product price history, and the products list all got refinements. We also hardened supplier sync, added a circuit breaker for broken external pricers, auto-provision S3 storage on new stores, and let guests finish checkout without a login prompt. A range of smaller admin and storefront fixes round out the release.

New Features

• Squalo email marketing integration: Sync your store to Squalo and run email marketing from your existing customer base. Set it up in three steps in the admin: add your Squalo API key, select or create a Squalo store, then map your GDPR consent permissions to Squalo mailing lists.

Optimizations & Fixes

We fixed BigConf text options with line breaks triggering basket errors, supplier sync email domains, clearer supplier error messages, and more consistent visibility rules across the item page, cart, and empty lists. We also resolved product option thumbnails, skin preview device detection, post-trial pricing display, image containment in boxes, and Chargebee handling when no stores are loaded.

New Features

• One-time login link at checkout: When a shopper tries to check out as a guest but their email already has an account, they receive a one-time login link to continue as a logged-in customer. The email template is configurable in the admin under Settings > Email Notifications.
• Copy to clipboard in Products Flat List: Five columns in the flat list now include a copy icon for quick clipboard access.
• CSV export column preferences saved: Column selections for CSV exports are now saved automatically per admin user and pre-selected on the next export.

Optimizations & Fixes

We fixed order detail pages showing per-item prices without tax even though the column was labelled "Price (+tax)" , subtotals and totals were always correct, only the line item display was wrong. We also fixed spec CSV imports incorrectly rerouting product specifications in non-default languages to the default locale, resolved a Metakocka sticker printing failure on Prva Lekarna, and added existing saved addresses back to the checkout for inactive accounts.

New Features

• Top Categories and Top Brands reports: Two new Analytics reports rank your category and brand nodes by revenue and units sold, with dashboard widgets and a per-node trend view with order-level drill-down.
• Configurable drill-down table columns: Use the column selector in any Analytics drill-down table to choose which columns appear. Your configuration is saved per admin user.
• Configurable CSV export: Exporting any drill-down table to CSV now opens a column selection modal before the download starts.
• Unsold Inventory enhancements: The Unsold Inventory report now includes additional columns for supplier details and pricing, with the same configurable CSV export.
• Node tree panel in Products Flat List: A collapsible node tree panel on the left side of the flat list lets you click any category or brand node to filter the product list instantly.
• Direct node links from product detail: The Pages card on a product detail page now includes direct links to each assigned node.
• Copy to clipboard in product list: Five columns in the Products Flat List now include a copy icon for quick clipboard access.

Optimizations & Fixes

This release also fixes discounts not showing on the product detail page after being set, column settings reverting to default after being saved, search bar flickering from rapid typing, partial match search on product code columns, and discount price rows not being created correctly on first save.

New Features

• Single-use-per-customer promotions: A new toggle on the Validity tab limits each customer account to one use of a promotion, independent of the total use limit.
• Volume Pricing CSV import: Quantity-based price tiers can now be imported in bulk via CSV from the product's Prices card, instead of entering tiers manually.
• Purchase webhooks: Stores can now receive a real-time HTTP notification each time an order is completed.
• Search reindex button: A manual reindex button is available in Store Settings → Search for cases where product search results appear out of date.
• New currencies: GLF and DZD added to the supported currency list.

Optimizations & Fixes

Batch editing limit raised to 50,000 with a soft-limit warning, and the variant table now shows each child's ID and stock status. Additionally we fixed some bur related issues connected to item and content saving, external integrations and checkout deadlock.  

New Features

• Analytics [TAG_DEPLOYED]
  Our built-in Analytics module is now live. Track store performance directly from the admin across seven reports: Revenue & Discounts, Top Products, Top Users, Lost Revenue, Unsold Inventory, Average Order Value, and Revenue by User Type. Every report includes drill-down tables and CSV export. The dashboard is fully customisable — drag cards to arrange them however you prefer, and Shopamine saves your layout per admin user.
• Omnibus Price Override: You can now manually override the 30-day lowest price (omnibus price) for any product directly from the Prices card. Every change is logged in a full audit trail.

Optimizations & Fixes

We fixed EAN barcode search to correctly match products whether the leading zero is included or not, resolved a batch edit issue where "Allow buying overstock" was not applying on filtered selections, corrected incorrect data in the supplier code column, and fixed sorting in the Products Flat List.

New Features

• Visibility Rules [TAG_DEPLOYED]
  Merchants can now define Visibility Rules to control when items or nodes are shown or hidden, based on conditions. Rules are grouped into named sets with shared conditions and can be configured per-item or per-node. The feature is enabled per-store via a feature flag in Store Settings.
• Disconnect Supplier: Merchants can now disconnect a supplier from multiple items at once using a new batch action, with a dedicated confirmation modal showing which items will be affected.
• Lowest price in the last 30 days: Shopamine now tracks supplier price history automatically when supplier prices change. This lays the groundwork for Omnibus directive compliance (showing the lowest price in the last 30 days for products on sale).

Optimizations & Fixes

We removed bugs in administration, the new Flat list view and user addresses. We made improvements to batch operations and fixed storefront issues affecting CLS

New Features

• Affiliate Marketing [TAG_DEPLOYED]
  We've introduced a built-in Affiliate Marketing feature that lets you create and manage affiliate programs directly from your Shopamine admin. This helps you expand your reach, drive more sales, and build long-term partnerships with brand advocates.
• Progressive Promotions  [TAG_DEPLOYED]
  The promotions engine now supports advanced campaign logic right from the admin interface. You can set up promotions like Buy 1 Get 1 Free across an entire brand, Buy 2 Get the 3rd at 20% Off where all items must be from the same brand and type, and other progressive or quantity-based discounts applied dynamically across selected product groups.
• Basket Icon Action: A new setting in SKIN lets you choose what happens when a customer clicks the basket icon, such as opening a quick-add popup or navigating directly to the cart page. This gives you more control over the shopping flow and basket experience.
• Family Stock in Product List: The products list now includes a Family Stock column that shows the combined stock across all variants of a product. You can filter and sort by this value, making it easier to identify which product families need restocking.

Optimizations & Fixes

The Affiliate section in the storefront now uses the clearer term "Campaigns" instead of "Codes" for a more consistent experience.

New Features

• Analytics Drilldown Tab: Admins can now explore order analytics in greater detail through a new dedicated drilldown tab. This gives a deeper, more granular view of order data directly within the analytics section, making it easier to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Volume Discounts on Promotions: Volume discount promotions can now be configured with flexible deal formats, such as "Buy 2, Get 1 Free." This extends the existing volume discounts system to support promotional mechanics that reward customers for purchasing in larger quantities — ideal for both retail and B2B scenarios.
• SMTP Configuration in Email Notifications:
  Email notifications settings now include the ability to define the exact SMTP sender address your emails are sent from, as well as the reply-to address customers will use when responding. This gives you full control over your outgoing email identity and routing.

Optimizations & Fixes

We fixed a CKEditor crash that caused console errors when switching between parent products after a hard refresh.Additionally, several small bugs in the notifications tab and the TheOne skin have been addressed.

New Features

Volume Pricing for Variant Products: Volume discounts are now fully supported on variant products. Customers purchasing variants in bulk will correctly receive tiered pricing based on the quantity thresholds configured in the admin.

Image Caching: We've introduced image caching to improve storefront performance and reduce load times across the platform.

Optimizations & Fixes

We fixed a price inconsistency where products were displaying a different price in the basket, resolved issues with timed discount conditions, locale switching on the product page, and a silent save failure when the same product was open in multiple tabs. We also corrected bugs with importing options from parent products, batch removing specifications inside groups, stock validation on options, and supervisor user management in admin. Additionally, admin user creation now defaults "Enable Auth" to enabled, and email validation no longer rejects addresses containing a "+" character.

New Features

• Admin Navigation Tree:
  Added a left-side navigation tree in the admin panel that allows users to easily navigate complex website structures. This provides a clear hierarchical overview of pages and design sections, making it significantly faster to locate and manage elements within large site configurations.
• Branded Color Management:
  Added support for branded color selection and management within the color picker and font editor. Admins can now easily reuse predefined brand colors while editing design elements, helping maintain visual consistency and speeding up styling workflows.

Optimizations & Fixes

We fixed an issue where archived addresses could still be used by users due to caching, resolved a problem where changes in the email notification editor were not being saved properly, and corrected a bug that sometimes caused payment statuses to appear incorrectly in notifications sent to users.

New Features

• Email Notifications Retry: Now if the mail server fails to send a notification, the system will automatically retry rather than discarding the email.
• Bigconf Image Preview in Admin: Bigconf images can now be previewed in admin. If an image has errors, you can regenerate it directly from the admin interface.
• New Batch Functionality — Availability (Time to Deliver): Added the ability to batch manage product delivery time settings.
• New Skin Setting — Logo Tablet Width: Control the logo width on tablet layouts in various header positions.
• New Skin Setting — Background Type: Choose between Color or Gradient in General Settings → Layout.
• Refactored the layout and popup logic for the Product Gallery.
