Statement

In 2019, we wanted to upgrade the overall graphic image of the Perles brand with an improved user experience in the online store and optimize our work processes. We were looking for a provider who would be willing to find a way to offer customers the opportunity to purchase spare parts for Perles tools in a more friendly way.

Spare Parts Diagram

The Perles team from the ATech company wanted to make it as easy as possible for its customers to purchase original spare parts for tools from the displayed parts list or sketches of individual tools and thus prevent possible errors and complaints.

When ordering, users often need the help of the product scheme, on which they can find the desired product. We have created an interactive spare parts diagram that is linked to the products on the list. Thus, the customer just clicks on the number that identifies the product on the diagram and simply adds it to the cart.

Brand Perles and ATech

ATech became associated with the Perles brand in 1996, namely as a supplier or manufacturer of controllers for electric motors. 2016 is followed by the acquisition of the assets and activities of the company Perles and the entry into the market of electric tools.

Perles is a boutique brand of power tools, with Swiss roots, based on an 85-year tradition of quality. It contributed many innovations to the hand tool industry, among other things, in 1936 it offered the market the first electric tool - the legendary Perles angle grinder. Today, Perles tools have many followers in the circle of professionals in more than 20 countries, as they are known for extremely powerful motors with above-average efficiency, long durability and ergonomics.
