Pantheon

Pantehon integration with your Shopamine online store

Datalab prepared a new integration of the Pantheon ERP system with the Shopamine e-commerce platform. In doing so, the developers made an effort to create a simple, reliable and efficient connection that will eliminate all preconceptions about the complexity of inter-system communication.

Always up-to-date information: identities, prices, stock, customers

Transfer of contractual price lists

Designing attractive content for customers

Automatic transfer of orders

Visible order status changes

Pantheon contains information on identities, prices, price lists and stocks. These are synced to the Shopamine online store. It is enough to enter three basic data from the online store and the connection is established.

With many years of experience, Datalab has anticipated various requirements for synchronizing data from Pantheon to the online store. Additional settings on identities, entities, contract price lists and inventories ensure that the information published online is up-to-date and tailored to your customers or business partners. Each Pantheon user can determine which processes and data will be synchronized. Flexibility that even rhythmic gymnastics competitors will envy!

Of course, bare data from Pantheon is not enough to publish products in an online store. You can imagine how amazed your customers would be if they had to navigate through a list of thousands of products with a dry name and price. That's why the idents are saved as a draft the first time you transfer them from Pantheon to Shopamine, when you equip the products with an inviting description, accurate specifications and a great picture, publish them with one click and expect the first purchase.

Each new order will be automatically transferred to Pantheon, where it will be ready for further processing or issuing an invoice. Since these processes vary greatly from micro-enterprises to multinationals, Datalab has come up with a user-friendly way to design order processing that is both efficient and transparent.

Information about the status of the order must also be communicated to the customer; he constantly monitors and checks what is happening with the order. Pantheon sends information about order status changes to Shopamine, and this information is then displayed to the customer in the online store. Thus, the integration will save you from e-mails and calls from customers whether you have successfully received the order.

Who is the Datalab Pantheon - Shopamine integration intended for?

For everyone. It is customizable and transparent. For those who want simple B2C sales, only ident and order synchronization is available. For more advanced users (B2B), it is possible to add everything from contract price lists to order storage to various documents and much more.
