With a background in Philosophy and Sociology of Cultures, he approaches business with a focus on clear thinking, human-centered design, and long-term value creation. Since founding Shopamine in 2008, Peter has led the company through all stages of growth—balancing product innovation with a commitment to customer success.

Fluent in multiple digital languages and concepts, he has worked hands-on in diverse fields including hardware, art, science, education, mechanical engineering, and DevOps. His broad expertise and practical approach ensure Shopamine delivers robust, adaptable solutions that meet the evolving needs of modern commerce.

For the past three years, Jakob Robič has focused on optimizing and streamlining Shopamine’s operations. His experience spans multiple platforms and project types, including website development, data migration, integrations, recruitment, and event organization. 

Matej studied Money and Finance at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana. He has also worked as an external project manager in culture, social affairs, and public administration, including a project to establish an agency under the guidance of European Union institutions. He is a member of several supervisory boards and has authored articles on entrepreneurship, leadership, human resources, organizational development, and organizational culture. 

Since 2013, he has worked as a consultant and trainer in change management, lean methods, company culture, business ethics, creativity and innovation, motivation, communication, public speaking, and team development. Until 2017, he also worked as an interim manager in a larger company, serving as Management Board Representative and leading a team of up to 40 people.

He has held senior leadership positions at topdatadev.com and SriTech, where he led projects for leading global brands and telecom providers. Kandarpa has expertise in SAP technical skills, including ABAP, BODS, oData, HANA, and BI. He has also worked as a principal consultant at msg global solutions and technical head at Sumeru Solutions, mentoring junior consultants and leading teams on projects for prominent companies. 

Kandarpa holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He is currently based in The Hague, Netherlands.
